We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of projects within our Product Engineering department, contributing to our commitment to excellence and innovation.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

This full-time position is designed for an individual who is not only organized and self-motivated but also thrives in a collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Product Engineering, the Project Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our product operations.

The successful candidate will engage in a diverse range of responsibilities, providing a stimulating and rewarding work atmosphere that encourages both strategic thinking and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities are essential for success in this evolving role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Collaborate with Product Managers to establish and maintain project management systems and protocols.
  2. Lead team members in project execution and act as the primary liaison across departments.
  3. Coordinate tasks and activities among team members to ensure project alignment.
  4. Organize meetings with clear agendas, document detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
  5. Provide updates and insights regarding project status, risks, and potential blockers to the Director and relevant stakeholders.
  6. Work with various teams to gather information, consolidate data into comprehensive reports, and analyze project workflows.
  7. Develop and implement systems to enhance departmental efficiency.
  8. Assist in the creation and upkeep of essential documentation.
  9. Support budget tracking and expense reporting for the department.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned to optimize departmental processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. At least 4 years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of post-secondary education in a relevant field such as STEM or Business Administration.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in SharePoint and Teams.
  4. A strong aptitude for identifying improvement opportunities and facilitating change.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  7. A methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
