Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at N S Kular Transport Ltd. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and adjust routes to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Load and unload goods, ensuring safety and security of cargo
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle condition
  • Oversee all aspects of vehicle maintenance, including brake adjustments and emergency roadside repairs
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (semi-trailer trucks)
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • Valid passport
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel for extended periods and overnight
Working Conditions:
  • Sitting for extended periods
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling
