Job Title: HR Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to join our team at Health Standards Organization (HSO). As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the planning, analysis, and implementation of HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR systems and processes to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize HR system requirements.
  • Design and implement HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain HR system documentation and training materials.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff on HR systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR systems management.
  • Advanced knowledge of HR systems and processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
