We're looking for a high-performing Product Innovation Leader to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

  • Estimated salary range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

You will lead the development of product roadmaps that align with our company's vision and goals. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, define product requirements, and ensure timely delivery.

Collaboration and Communication

As a Product Innovation Leader, you'll engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback, communicate progress, and build support for new initiatives. You'll also work closely with our engineering, design, and product marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of product plans.

Talent Development and Management

You'll be responsible for mentoring and developing product managers to help them grow in their roles. This includes providing guidance on product strategy, stakeholder management, and Agile methodologies.

Product Vision and Roadmap

You'll develop a deep understanding of our financial product stack from a user, technical, operations, business, and design perspective. This will enable you to make informed decisions about product investments and prioritize initiatives that drive business value.

Metrics and Evaluation

You'll establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and regularly evaluate metrics related to customer adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience working with software products
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role directly managing a team of 3+ product managers
  • Prior start-up or product experience, systems or engineering background
  • Experience with digital technologies, financial products, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
  • Take ownership over your work and outcomes with a passion for building world-class products and teams
  • Have a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on productive feedback
  • Experience working within financial technology companies or banking is an asset
