About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inclusion Support Worker to join our team at Go-Go After School. As an Inclusion Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to a child in our care who requires additional assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to a child in our care, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in our programs.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Participate in creating a welcoming environment that encourages children and staff to grow and reach their full potential.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly wage of $18.35.
  • Vacation pay at 4% added on top of your hourly wage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Education certificate or diploma is an asset.
