Tilesetters Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Tilesetters Supervisor to join our team at MODENA TILING INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of tilesetters and other production staff
- Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Estimate costs and materials required for projects
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Recommend personnel actions and participate in performance evaluations
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
- Train or arrange for training of production staff
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or production role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and company policies
This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work setting is various locations.
