  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Advise customers on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts, highlighting relevant features and benefits.
  • Cash Handling and Inventory Control: Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records on the inventory control system to prevent stock discrepancies.
  • Work Orders and Requisitions: Prepare and track work orders, as well as prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
  • Receiving and Shipping: Receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials, while shipping, delivering, or picking up parts, products, or equipment as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Physical Demands: The job involves bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks, making it physically demanding.
  • Work Conditions: A team player with excellent client focus, flexibility, organization, and hand-eye coordination is essential for this role.
