Food Production Specialist

Compensation: $23.170 to $24.840 per hour (Pay Band 12)
About the Role:
As a Food Production Specialist, you will be responsible for organizing, producing, and distributing food and beverages to meet the needs of our clients. Your duties may include coordinating production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and produce food and beverages according to established recipes and menus
- Coordinate production schedules to meet client demands and deadlines
- Manage inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock is available
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Cooking skills and experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Health Care Cook Certificate or equivalent education/experience
Benefits and Other Information:
- Part-time regular position with 3 shifts of 4 hours and 3 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks
