Job Title: Conseiller ou conseillère, Finances personnelles

As a personal finance advisor at Desjardins, you will play a key role in helping our members and clients achieve their financial goals. Your expertise will be essential in developing and maintaining lasting business relationships, ensuring member/client satisfaction, and driving results through recommendations of investments, loans, and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise members and clients on financial strategies and work with them to identify expected results
  • Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction, and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends, and best practices in your field
  • Participate in outreach activities and represent Desjardins in the community

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience
  • Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Knowledge of current financial, economic, political, and legislative events
  • All products and services aimed at caisse members and those offered by Desjardins Business Centres, Desjardins components, and distribution networks, and those offered by competitors
  • Debt management
