Broker Digital Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Broker Digital Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting brokers by ensuring their workflows and processes are optimized for efficiency and success.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities, adapting to changing demands with ease.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Analyze performance metrics against key indicators (KPIs) and propose actionable strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Interpret data to generate comprehensive reports, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to high performance standards and ambitious goals.
  • Possess exceptional negotiation, consultation, and communication skills to effectively interact with brokers.
  • Provide comprehensive training and technical guidance to brokers as needed.
  • Exhibit strong decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of real-time data connectivity solutions.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of BMS/CMS systems and broker operations.
  • Show genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to brokers.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in the insurance industry or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of current insurance trends and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in operational procedures and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
