About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Visual Design and Web Administration Expert to join our team at OpusVi. This role involves creating high-quality visual designs that align with our brand identity and ensuring the seamless management of our website, delivering a captivating user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Develop and produce visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media posts, whitepapers, infographics, eBooks, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all design elements comply with brand guidelines and company standards, maintaining consistency throughout.
  • Creative Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative creative campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Multimedia Content: Create and edit multimedia content, such as videos and animations, as needed.
  • Web Management: Collaborate with the web development team and vendors to manage and maintain the company's website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, functional, and visually appealing.
  • Content Updates: Regularly update website content, paying close attention to detail, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal functionality and SEO optimization.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure website security and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • User Experience: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for the website and other digital platforms, gathering feedback through user research and testing.
Requirements
  • Knowledge/Skills: Excellent visual design skills, knowledge of UX/UI design, basic understanding of server-side management, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, self-starter mentality, excellent interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field, 4-6 years of experience in graphic design and website administration, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong knowledge of web design and development tools, and experience with SEO best practices and web analytics tools.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
