Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UX Design Expert to join our team at Foilcon. As a UX Design Expert, you will be responsible for designing web application features and prototypes, leading UX/UI design sessions, and collaborating with product management and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design web application features and prototypes using Figma
  • Lead UX/UI design sessions and facilitate virtual discovery and design sessions
  • Collaborate with product management and delivery teams to gather customer requirements and translate them into engaging UI experiences
  • Develop personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Work closely with frontend developers to successfully build, test, and deploy cutting-edge user interfaces and UI components
  • Develop and maintain a design system and framework

Requirements:
  1. 3 years of experience using Figma to design web application features and prototypes
  2. 3 years of experience providing UX/UI leadership and defining best practices and methodologies
  3. 8 years of UX experience designing web applications, preferably enterprise portals and websites, with mobile and responsive experience

Deliverables:
  • Design mockups and prototypes for a custom web application (Enterprise BI Platform)
  • Support product management and delivery teams with mockups and design solutions
  • Lead and facilitate product discovery and design sessions
  • Develop and maintain a design system and framework
