We are seeking a skilled Web designer to join our team at Reliable IT Solutions. As a web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Job

This is a permanent position working 30-50 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field or equivalent experience. If you are available for shift or on-call work, willing to relocate for this position, and currently reside in proximity to our location, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description

The successful candidate will possess excellent design skills, creativity, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for designing and developing visually stunning websites that cater to our clients' needs. Your primary focus will be on creating engaging user experiences through intuitive navigation, layout, and visual design elements. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and tools.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, graphic design, or related fields;
  • At least 1 year of experience in web design, development, or a related field;
  • Excellent design and development skills, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks;
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and human-centered design;
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like GitHub;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues;
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
