As a Senior Manager, Group Strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's success by developing and executing strategic plans that align with our corporate vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of our enterprise-wide strategy, leveraging long-term trends and competitive intelligence to identify new products, services, and partnerships that drive growth.
  • Own the strategic planning process across our Business Units, focusing on market research, analysis, and business case development to inform decision-making.
  • Develop clear communication materials to share findings and recommendations with our CEO, Senior Management Team, Board of Directors, and team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA or Masters-level education preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience, with at least 5 years in management consulting or an in-house strategy function, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Solid analytical and project management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong research and financial modeling skills, including business case development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations, build presentations, and influence and engage individuals at all levels.
