Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive to lead our Operations and Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and resource management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on operations and strategy
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improvement through process improvements and strategic planning
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
