Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Payroll Preparation: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including tax returns and other statistical reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, organized, accurate, and bondable.
Work Environment

As a Bookkeeping Clerk at Incomatic Accounting Inc., you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work 35 hours per week and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career.
