About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. as a key member of our Operations department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business decisions and optimize operational performance
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to address them
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to business leaders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process improvement and data analytics
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business process improvement, data analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Looker
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key financial performance measures
What We Offer
