About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to join our Executive and Professional Development team at the Sobey School of Business. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in coordinating the delivery of EPD programs and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of EPD programs, including liaising with instructors, directing student assistants, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Assist with special projects, as required, and provide input on daily operations and procedures.
Requirements
  • Completion of high school plus a formal technical, commercial, or vocational program of more than six months in duration.
  • Two years to less than three years' experience in a related field.
  • High level of personal integrity and professional initiative.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to details in a high-volume and busy environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with desktop publishing techniques and web page design.
