Retail Store Supervisor

MACEWEN DUNROBIN is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that merchandise is properly displayed.
- Merchandise Management: Authorize the return of merchandise, manage stock levels, and ensure that products are properly stored and displayed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Operational Efficiency: Establish work schedules, manage cash handling, and ensure that the store is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
