About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Agent to join our team at CEVA Logistics. As a Customs Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth clearance of client shipments and merchandise delivery while maintaining a high level of service, profitability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to clients' inquiries regarding customs clearance and follow up.
  • Prepare, clear, and classify air, ocean, and ground shipments.
  • Ensure costs related to the file are indicated on the billing document.
  • Comply with laws and regulations of different governments and ISO standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to offer superior service.
  • Communicate information or problems to the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or post-secondary education or experience, Two to three years of related experience.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Proficient in all areas of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required.
