Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our Accounts Payables team. The position reports to the Controller and involves various tasks such as 3-way invoice matching, invoice coding and entry, corporate credit card reconciliation, vendor statement and account reconciliation, scheduled cheque/EFT payments, handling vendor inquiries, bank reconciliation, and filing & other tasks as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Intermediate Accounting courses/knowledge base
  • Minimum 3-5 years accounts payable experience
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Strong computer / MS Office skills including Excel and Outlook
