In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of accounts payable, working closely with the Manager, Accounting Operations.

Key Activities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Matching invoices to supporting documentation.
  • Applying coding to invoices.
  • Reviewing invoices for sales tax compliance.
  • Entering invoices into accounting software.
  • Reconciling credit card expenses.
  • Supporting payment runs and vendor relationships.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
