Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Precision Machinist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for setting up and operating conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce complex parts with close tolerances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining precision measuring instruments and calibrating them as required
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production
  • Verifying dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments

You will work closely with our quality control team to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in machining and metalworking
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including engineering drawings and blueprints
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and calibration procedures

As a certified Machinist Trade Certification holder, you will have a solid understanding of industry best practices and standards.
