Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to staff
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales growth
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage budgets and financial reports
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
