- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of YMCA programs and services, promoting them to members and guests.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a clear and informed manner, providing solutions and support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and service team to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and processing transactions accurately.
- Strong knowledge of YMCA programs and services, with the ability to promote them to members and guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Clear Police Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Screening, as required by the YMCA of Simcoe-Muskoka.
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.05.
