Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery and Pick-up: Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Vehicle Operation: Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of items received and delivered, including vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems encountered.
  • Pre-trip and Post-trip Inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
