Job Title: Courier Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Courier Driver to join our team at M2BC ENTERPRISES INC.

Job Summary:

The Courier Driver will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a valid Class 5/5F/G Licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
  • Provide professional customer service
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
  • Keep a record of items received and delivered
  • Prepare, package, and restock goods
  • Load and unload goods
  • Sort packages for delivery
  • Follow directions and read maps
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids
  • Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems
Requirements:
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of transportation/travel experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
