Guest Services Manager

About the RoleThe Guest Services Leader will be responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers. They will be self-motivated and ready to assist the managers with any tasks that need to be executed to keep our facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
The Guest Services Leader will be knowledgeable of store operations and our commitment to quality and customer service. They will be able to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
The Guest Services Leader will be required to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays. A background check will be required for this position.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise employees and general operations of the store
- Provide excellent customer service to respond to the needs of customers
- Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly
