**What You’ll Do**:

- **Support Leadership**: Work side by side with the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll take charge when needed and be a guiding force for the team, helping create a winning atmosphere.
- **Deliver Outstanding Guest Experience**: Lead by example, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Handle any guest concerns with care and keep the service smooth, fast, and friendly at all times.
- **Team Development & Motivation**: Train, mentor, and develop team members to perform their best. You’ll help build a team that’s motivated, efficient, and passionate about delivering great service and delicious pizza.
- **Operational Excellence**: Oversee food quality, safety, and cleanliness to maintain Pizza Hut’s high standards. You’ll manage kitchen operations, ensure staff efficiency, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- **Drive Sales & Profitability**: Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial goals by monitoring sales, controlling costs, and finding creative ways to drive restaurant performance. You’ll take an active role in analyzing reports and implementing strategies to boost profitability.
- **Inventory & Stock Management**: Assist in managing stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring the kitchen is always ready for the busiest of days.
- **Problem Solver Extraordinaire**: Be ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way—whether it’s resolving a customer complaint or finding quick solutions during a busy rush.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety and hygiene standards are met, keeping the restaurant safe for both staff and customers.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial understanding to help manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and drive profitability.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude, ready to step in and support the team wherever needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both with your team and with customers.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Inventory management: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Restaurant Supervision: 1 year (required)
