Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Leadership Position to join our team at JRoss Recruiters. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Development: Provide coaching and mentorship to build and maintain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Sales Growth and Performance: Analyze store data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to drive sales growth, exceeding overall store sales performance.
  • Customer Experience: Cultivate a member-focused culture within your store, delivering exceptional service experiences and anticipating and exceeding both external and internal members' expectations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of store leadership experience in the service sector or other customer-facing industries.
  • Coaching and Development: Passion for coaching and developing people to achieve their full potential and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication and Listening Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
