Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Hardev & Inderjit Randhawa. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with regular exercise, such as walking, to maintain their physical and mental well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of clients.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent care and support.
Work Environment:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. You will be required to work independently, using your initiative and judgment to make decisions and take actions that promote the well-being and safety of clients.

Language:

The primary language of work is English, and you will be required to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Work Hours:

As a Home Support Worker, you will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
