Key Responsibilities- Evidence-based research and analysis to identify business risks and opportunities associated with sustainability issues.
- Stakeholder engagement and consultation to gather views and share information with industry, investment, regulatory, and standard-setting communities.
- Staff analysis and recommendations to support the ISSB's decision-making process.
- Development of technical papers, including research papers, discussion papers, requests for information, exposure drafts, ballot drafts, and standards.
- Initiation and leadership of discussions with ISSB members, advisory committees, and working groups.
- Collaboration with IASB Technical Staff to ensure connectivity and compatibility between the work of the IASB and the ISSB.
- Project management and coordination of activities to support the delivery of technical projects.
- Contribution to the development of other staff members.
- Technical knowledge and thinking abilities, including knowledge of the sustainability and financial reporting landscape, capital markets, and relevant standards, frameworks, and regulations.
