Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at ELI ALUMINIUM INTERIORS & FURNITURE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Assist the Store Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling daily store operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Marketing and Sales: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or operations management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 42.5 hours per week.
