Job Title: Order Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Desk Agent to join our team at Reliable Cleaning Services.

Job Summary:

The Order Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer written and oral inquiries from customers
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information and explanations to customers regarding services offered
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics
  • Examine client feedback and enquiries to assess and provide meaningful information and services
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
