Job Title: Product Director/VP

Job Summary:

Purpose LP is seeking a Product Director/VP to lead our cash product management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our cash product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision for our cash products, leveraging customer data and market insights to drive growth and innovation.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to develop and improve our cash products, gathering feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to inform product development.
  • Work closely with the Customer Experience team to develop marketing collateral and sales support materials, ensuring our products meet the needs of our clients.
  • Follow industry trends and new product launches to inform our strategy and new product pipeline.
  • Train and educate internal teams on products and communicate changes to our lineup.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role at an asset management firm or entrepreneurial setting.
  • Degree in Business, Math, or Engineering and/or MBA.
  • CFA designation and quant background are considered an asset.
  • Strong leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, adaptability, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
