Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at H&S Contracting Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Operations Management: Assist with the planning and organization of daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other software applications.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
