Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Denny's Restaurants. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always fully stocked.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic security clearance.
