Key Responsibilities- Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Engage children in activities such as storytelling, singing, and crafting, promoting their creativity and imagination.
- Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors, contributing to their development and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and problems, ensuring a collaborative approach to their care.
- Plan and organize activities for school-age children in our before- and after-school programs, promoting their academic and social growth.
- Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) certification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
