Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join our team at Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care. As a Hearing Care Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering a personalized, best-in-class customer experience to individuals who require hearing care.
With our network of clinics across Canada, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through comprehensive hearing tests, interpreting test results, and selecting suitable hearing aid solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct hearing tests and interpret results to determine the best hearing aid solutions for clients
- Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a solution that meets their needs and lifestyle
- Build relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience
- Remain current on the latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education
- Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships
- Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects

Requirements- Certification as a Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist
- Registration and good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
- Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and devices
- Ability to build and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
