About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Specialist or Audiologist to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client care and providing personalized hearing solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to recommend suitable hearing aid solutions.
  • Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a solution that meets their hearing needs and lifestyle.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience, including ongoing client care and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technology to provide clients with ongoing hearing health education.
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships.
  • Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects, supervise or mentor students and train new staff members as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that meets company operational and quality standards.

Requirements:
  • A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
  • Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body.
  • Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices.
  • Able to build and maintain professional rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently, autonomously, and as a collaborator.
  • Adherence to professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
  • Able to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge of insurance and agency coverage for hearing care services.
