Hearing Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Care Specialist to join our team at Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care. As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client care and empowering individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to select suitable hearing aid solutions
- Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a solution that addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle
- Build relationships with clients by providing a personalized experience and continuous client care and support
- Stay current on industry trends and provide ongoing hearing health education to clients
- Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and partnerships
- Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects, and supervise or mentor students and new staff members as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture

- Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body

- Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency
