Job Summary

Bausch Health is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for carrying out filling and packaging operations for the Arestin Production Unit in accordance with good manufacturing practices, procedures, and instructions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Batch production: Carry out the work of filling, operating, and packaging the Arestin Unit in accordance with the procedures in place.
  • Quality control: Ensure that the production steps are followed as specified in the production sheet, diligently complete documentation during production, and control quality during production.
  • Equipment maintenance: Ensure the availability of the equipment necessary to carry out your tasks and maintain your workstation and equipment in accordance with GMP and HSE quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Get involved in teamwork and participate in the development of new working methods.
  • Continuous improvement: Guarantee the maintenance of your technical qualifications and your knowledge of the methods and procedures in force.

Requirements:

  • Secondary minimum V or equivalent, DEP or DEC.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as an employee or operator.
  • Technical knowledge of processes/products and knowledge of production tools.
