Job Summary

The Manufacturing Operations Specialist will carry out filling and packaging operations for the Arestin Production Unit based on precise instructions in compliance with good manufacturing practices, procedures, and security protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

Batch production
Carries out the work of filling, operating, and packaging the Arestin Unit in accordance with procedures in place
Ensures that production steps are followed as specified in the production sheet Diligently completes documentation during production Controls quality during production and notifies the manager of process deviations
Performs product inspections when necessary
Guarantees to complete the necessary documentation during deviations
Ensures the availability of equipment necessary to carry out its tasks
Ensures that your workstation and equipment are maintained in accordance with GMP and HSE quality standards
Gets involved in teamwork and participates in the development of new working methods
Guarantees the maintenance of technical qualifications and knowledge of methods and procedures in force.
Performs any other related task at the request of his manager

Equipment and Materials

Guarantees the verification of the good working condition and conformity of equipment, materials, and premises
Ensures the proper use of equipment.
Informs the team leader and/or manager of any problems encountered Respects production standards (TRS, Productivity, Yields). Make sure to follow the instructions
Can assemble certain equipment
Washes equipment and premises
Can check, complete, and transmit batch files and packaging documents
Takes the necessary measures to preserve the integrity of people, property, and products in the event of an anomaly.
Makes entries into production management systems
GMP and HSE

Performs work in compliance with current GMP and HSE standards, policies, and procedures
Apply HSE directives, procedures, and instructions on a daily basis
Guarantees to declare any quality/HSE event to his manager Communicate problems and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

Secondary minimum V or equivalent, DEP or DEC
Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as an employee or operator
Technical knowledge of processes/products Knowledge of production tools
