Manufacturing Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Clerk in the Arestin Production Unit. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for carrying out filling and packaging operations in compliance with good manufacturing practices, procedures, and instructions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Batch production: Carry out the work of filling, operating, and packaging the Arestin Unit in accordance with the procedures in place.
  • Quality control: Ensure that the production steps are followed as specified in the production sheet, diligently complete documentation during production, and control quality during production.
  • Equipment maintenance: Ensure the availability of the equipment necessary to carry out your tasks, maintain your workstation and equipment in accordance with GMP and HSE quality standards, and participate in the development of new working methods.
  • Documentation: Guarantee to complete the necessary documentation during deviations, perform product inspections when necessary, and make entries into production management systems.
  • Compliance: Perform work in compliance with current GMP and HSE standards, policies, and procedures, apply HSE directives, procedures, and instructions on a daily basis, and declare any quality/HSE events to your manager.

Requirements:

  • Secondary minimum V or equivalent, DEP or DEC.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as an employee or operator.
  • Technical knowledge of processes/products and knowledge of production tools.
