Job Description

We are seeking a Restaurant Management Lead to join our team at New Fine Pizza And Donair. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our restaurant operations and drive success.

About the Role

The Restaurant Management Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to discuss progress, set goals, and provide feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and brand awareness.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth.
