Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate client relationships by delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client experiences
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand existing insurance programs and increase sales
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in mid-market commercial lines, with a proven track record of customer acquisitions and sales growth
  • Strong understanding of commercial lines and a diverse slate of clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CAIB/CIP designation or working towards completion
