About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ironwork Supervisor to join our team at SAFE GUARD WATERPROOFING LTD. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising ironwork projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. They will work closely with our team to coordinate activities, requisition materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise workers and ironwork projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and optimize resource allocation.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
  • Work closely with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in ironwork supervision or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
