Job Summary

Group4Engineering Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator - Construction to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including risk management and quality control.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, including project managers, senior management, and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
