Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Officer to join our team at Marriott International. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect crime
  • Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to ensure the security of the property
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify potential safety risks
  • Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR as needed
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations
  • Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents or incidents
  • Defuse guest/employee disturbances and escort unwelcome persons from the property
  • Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
