Job Summary

As a Security Officer at Marriott International, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees. This includes patrolling all areas of the property, assisting guests with room access, and monitoring CCTV systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol all areas of the property to ensure safety and security
  • Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies
  • Monitor CCTV systems and respond to alarms
  • Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and report any issues
  • Respond to accidents and administer first aid/CPR as needed
  • Assist guests and employees during emergency situations
  • Notify appropriate individuals in the event of accidents or incidents
  • Defuse guest/employee disturbances and call for outside assistance if necessary
  • Complete incident reports and maintain confidentiality of all Security/Loss Prevention and property reports/documents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No related work experience required
  • No supervisory experience required
  • No license or certification required
